"SEPTEMBER FIRST, TWO THOUSAND TEN"
September 1, 2010I’am Happy for this day of my birthday. I thought that I will be staying all day at home, sulking into misery with all of the things happened in the past recently. My mom woke me up with a greeting kiss on the cheek and opened the window and curtains of my room.
My little brother greeted me before he went to school. The weather is good and I took a picture of my 1st hours of being a 21 year old. Another year passed. Another year to be thankful for.
I attended the 9:00am mass at the Cathedral then walked along the streets to observed the changes over the years that had gone by. I went to the wall to have some quality time with myself and to think by myself that concerns certain things in my life. As I wander, I really wanted to buy a new book series to read but then to my misery, there wasn’t any available stock. I bought a few things then went home.
It was around in mid afternoon when my brother, together with his friends went to the house and greeted me. They even made me blew a candle, made some dedications over their surprise-balloons and talked about a few things. I laughed with them. I was touched. I forgot all of the things my brother and I fought about in the past years. I ate dinner with the family. Love. It was the only thing that matters to me as I got older another year. Thank you for my blessings.
